TurboLinux’s Wizpy: bootable Linux on a PMP


Wizpy from Japan brings you the all Linux PMP with DivX and MP3/OGG/WMA/AAC support. The device features a 1.7-inch OLED display, 4GB of flash memory, an FM radio. It comes pre-loaded with Turbolinux Fuji and apps such as Firefox, Thunderbird, Skype and ATOK input for Japan, which needs about 1.5GB of the total capacity. The device weighs in at 60-grams and measures 84x42x12.2mm.
Launch is due this February when the Wizpy hits Japan for an expected ¥30,000 or $254.
